Hackney Stephens Associates was originally established in Northern California and operated selectively through project based engagements.
Reorganized as Hackney Stephens Associate, Inc.
The company was reorganized as Hackney Stephens Associate, Inc. and began developing its current operating platforms, including Vehifleet and PrimeShield Coatings & Waterproofing.

Ekua Hackney-Stephens
President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Ekua Hackney-Stephens provides executive and financial oversight for Hackney Stephens Associate, Inc., with responsibility for corporate administration, financial oversight, fiscal planning, governance support, and long-term financial strategy. She also maintains primary operating responsibilities with CareBridge Nursing & Advocacy, Inc.
Jim Stephens
Vice President & Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Jim Stephens provides operational and strategic leadership for Hackney Stephens Associate, Inc., with responsibility for business development, operating strategy, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and the development and growth of HSA's operating platforms.
Planned Executive Structure
HSA's planned executive leadership structure includes the following additional functions as the company grows.
Executive Vice President, Strategy & Business Development
Responsible for revenue development, major accounts, strategic partnerships, acquisition pipeline development, and corporate growth.
Executive Vice President, Operations & Integration
Responsible for operating performance, execution systems, KPI management, acquisition integration, and coordination across HSA's operating platforms.
Operating Leadership
HSA's operating leadership structure is designed to expand with the company. Division and operating leaders will be responsible for execution, client service, project performance, operational excellence, and the growth of HSA's individual business platforms. Additional operating leadership will be introduced as Vehifleet, PrimeShield Coatings & Waterproofing, and HSA's management services operations expand.
